- frozen riced cauliflower4 cup
- garlic3 clove
- green onion2
- sesame oil1 tbsp
- tamari (low-sodium)2 tbsp
- ginger (fresh, grated)1 tsp
- red pepper flakes1/4 tsp
Instructions
- 1Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and sauté garlic and ginger briefly until fragrant.
- 2Add ground beef and cook, breaking up, until browned and cooked through; drain any excess fat if needed.
- 3Stir in frozen riced cauliflower and tamari and cook until cauliflower is heated through and tender.
- 4Sprinkle with sliced green onion and red pepper flakes, adjust seasoning, and serve hot.
- 5Leftovers keep well refrigerated for 3–4 days.
