- flank steak or sirloin, thinly sliced20 oz
- broccoli florets4 cup
- garlic3 clove
- fresh ginger, minced1 tsp
- sesame oil1 tbsp
- coconut aminos (soy-free alternative)2 tbsp
- olive oil1 tbsp
- red pepper flakes (optional)1/4 tsp
Instructions
- 1Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat and sear sliced beef in batches until browned; remove and set aside.
- 2Add a touch more oil, then stir-fry broccoli, minced garlic and ginger until broccoli is bright and just tender.
- 3Return beef to the pan, add sesame oil and coconut aminos, toss to coat and heat through.
- 4Adjust seasoning with a pinch of salt or extra coconut aminos and serve hot.
