- tomato sauce2 can
- baby spinach8 oz
- onion1/2 lb
- garlic clove2 clove
- parmesan cheese1 oz
- dried oregano1/8 oz
- black pepper1/8 oz
Instructions
- 1Cook the spaghetti according to the package directions until just tender, then drain.
- 2Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain excess fat if needed.
- 3Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened and fragrant.
- 4Stir in the tomato sauce and oregano. Simmer briefly so the flavors combine.
- 5Fold in the spinach and cook until wilted. Add the drained spaghetti and toss until coated.
- 6Serve topped with Parmesan and black pepper.
