- honey4 tsp
- ground cumin1 tsp
- garlic powder1 tsp
- salt1/2 tsp
- black pepper1/2 tsp
Instructions
- 1Cook the brown rice according to the package directions, then fluff it with lime juice and cilantro.
- 2Toss the shredded cabbage with lime juice, a small drizzle of olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- 3Combine the honey, cumin, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and a little lime juice, then brush the mixture over the salmon.
- 4Sear or bake the salmon until it flakes easily and reaches 145°F in the thickest part.
- 5Cook the bell pepper and onion in a skillet with olive oil until tender and lightly browned.
- 6Serve the salmon with the rice, sautéed vegetables, and cabbage slaw.
