Instructions
- 1Core and dice the apple.
- 2Warm the light olive oil in a skillet over medium-low heat. Add the apple, cinnamon, honey, and kosher salt. Cook for 4-5 minutes, stirring, until the apple is tender and the pan is nearly dry.
