- tamari (low-sodium)4 tbsp
- sesame oil2 tsp
- red pepper flakes1/8 oz
Instructions
- 1Cook the rice according to the package directions until tender.
- 2Brown the ground turkey in a large skillet over medium heat, breaking it into small pieces as it cooks.
- 3Add the onion, garlic, and ginger and cook until the onion softens and the turkey is fully cooked.
- 4Stir in the broccoli, tamari, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes. Cover and cook until the broccoli is bright green and tender-crisp.
