- garlicminced4 clove
- honey4 tbsp
- rice vinegar4 tsp
- canola oil4 tsp
- kosher salt1 tsp

Instructions
- 1Cook the rice according to the package directions until tender, then keep it covered.
- 2Cut the broccoli into florets, thinly slice the carrot, and mince the garlic.
- 3Season the ground beef with kosher salt and black pepper. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook the beef for 6-8 minutes, breaking it apart, until browned and the thickest pieces read 160°F (71°C) on an instant-read thermometer. Transfer it to a plate, then wash the board, knife, and hands with soap and water before touching anything else.
- 4Add the broccoli and carrot with a pinch of kosher salt and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes, until crisp-tender. Add the garlic and cook for 30-60 seconds, until fragrant.
- 5Return the beef to the skillet and stir in the honey and rice vinegar. Cook for 1-2 minutes, until glossy and hot. Taste and adjust with kosher salt, black pepper, or vinegar, then serve over rice.
