- Canned tuna in water4 can
- Canned white beans2 can
- Carrot2
- Cucumber2
- Red onion1/2
- Baby spinach4 cup
- Olive oil4 tbsp
- Lemon1
- Dried oregano2 tsp
- Black pepper1/2 tsp
Instructions
- 1Boil the pasta until tender, then drain and rinse briefly under cool water.
- 2Drain the tuna and beans. Chop the carrot, cucumber, and red onion, and roughly tear the spinach.
- 3Whisk the olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, and black pepper together in a large bowl.
- 4Add the pasta, tuna, beans, and vegetables to the bowl and toss until evenly coated. Chill or serve immediately.
