  • yellow onion, sliced1/3 lb
  • garlic clove2 clove
  • dried rosemary1/8 oz
  • low-sodium chicken broth2 cup
  • honey4 tsp

Instructions

  1. 1Cut the pork into bite-size pieces and cut the potatoes into small cubes.
  2. 2Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and brown the pork with the onion and garlic. Transfer the pork to a plate.
