- boneless pork loin1 lb
- yukon gold potato1 5/8 lb
- mushroom (sliced)1 lb
- green cabbage3/4 lb
- yellow onion, sliced1/3 lb
- garlic clove2 clove
- dried rosemary1/8 oz
- low-sodium chicken broth2 cup
- honey4 tsp
Instructions
- 1Cut the pork into bite-size pieces and cut the potatoes into small cubes.
- 2Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and brown the pork with the onion and garlic. Transfer the pork to a plate.
- 3Add the potatoes and broth to the skillet. Cover and simmer until the potatoes are nearly tender.
- 4Stir in the mushrooms, cabbage, rosemary, and honey. Return the pork to the skillet and cook until the pork is fully cooked and the vegetables are tender.
- 5Season with black pepper and serve hot.
