- brown rice1 cup
Instructions
- 1Rinse the beans and drain the tomatoes if they contain a large amount of liquid.
- 2Cook the brown rice according to the package directions.
- 3Brown the turkey in a large pot over medium heat, breaking it into small pieces.
- 4Add the onion, bell pepper, and garlic and cook until the vegetables begin to soften.
- 5Stir in the tomatoes, beans, corn, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- 6Bring the chili to a gentle simmer, then cook until thickened and the turkey is fully cooked.
