- yellow onion, finely chopped1
- garlic4 clove
- olive oil4 tbsp
- egg (for meatball binder)1
- breadcrumbs1 cup
- dried oregano1 tsp
- grated Parmesan1 oz
- salt1 tsp
- black pepper1/2 tsp
Instructions
- 1Mix ground turkey with chopped onion, minced garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, oregano, salt, and pepper until combined, then form into small meatballs.
- 2Heat oil in a skillet and brown the meatballs on all sides until they have color; remove briefly if needed.
- 3Add canned crushed tomatoes to the skillet, bring to a gentle simmer, return meatballs to the sauce, and simmer until cooked through.
- 4Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti according to package directions until al dente and drain.
- 5Serve meatballs and sauce over spaghetti and finish with grated Parmesan.
