- canned crushed tomatoes2 cup
- zucchini, spiralized6 cup
- onion, minced1 cup
- garlic, minced4 clove
- olive oil2 tbsp
- dried basil1 tsp
- salt & pepper1 tsp
Instructions
- 1Mix ground turkey with a little salt and pepper, form into small meatballs and brown in a skillet with oil.
- 2Add minced onion and garlic, then pour in crushed tomatoes and simmer until meatballs are cooked through and sauce thickens.
- 3Quickly sauté zucchini noodles until just softened and serve meatballs and sauce over the noodles, sprinkle with basil.
