- dried thyme2 tsp

Instructions
- 1Cut the potato and carrot into small, even pieces so they cook at the same rate.
- 2Heat the oil in a large covered skillet. Cook the onion and garlic until softened, then add the ground turkey and cook, until the thickest part reads 165°F (74°C) on an instant-read thermometer.
- 3Stir in the potato, carrot, paprika, thyme, salt, pepper, tomatoes, and broth.
- 4Cover and simmer until the potatoes and carrots are tender, stirring occasionally.
- 5Fold in the peas and cook until heated through, then serve.
