Instructions
- 1Thinly slice the apple.
- 2Warm the light olive oil in a skillet over medium-low heat. Add the apple, cinnamon, honey, and kosher salt. Cook for 3-4 minutes, until the apple softens and smells fragrant.
- 3Place the tortilla in the skillet and scatter the chocolate chips over one half. Spoon the warm apple over the chocolate, fold the tortilla over, and cook for 1-2 minutes per side, until golden brown and the chocolate softens.
- 4Cut into wedges and taste a small piece, adding a pinch more cinnamon if desired.
