Terms of Service
Plain version: use Let's Get Hot to plan your own meals and workouts, pay for it if you keep using it past the trial, and understand that it’s a planning tool — not a doctor, dietitian, or trainer.

This agreement
By creating an account or using Let's Get Hot, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service. You must be at least 13 years old to have an account.
Not medical advice — read this one
Let's Get Hot provides general wellness and nutrition planning, not medical advice. Calorie targets, timelines, and grocery costs are estimates. Always verify product labels and ingredients yourself when managing serious allergies, and consult a healthcare or nutrition professional before making significant dietary changes.
Let's Get Hot provides general fitness planning, not medical advice. Stop any movement that causes pain, and consult a healthcare professional before starting a new exercise program — especially if you are managing an injury or health condition.
Calorie targets, timelines, grocery costs, and calorie-burn estimates are estimates produced by formulas and AI, not clinical assessments. They can be wrong.
You are responsible for checking that food is safe for you to eat. We enforce your allergies and dietary restrictions in code on every recipe, and we take that seriously — but AI can make mistakes, ingredient names can be ambiguous, and product formulations change. Always read the actual labels on the food you buy. If you have a severe allergy or a medical condition, treat this app as a starting point and talk to a professional.
The same applies to training: stop any movement that causes pain, and consult a professional before starting a new exercise program — especially if you’re managing an injury or health condition.
Your account
Keep your password to yourself; you’re responsible for what happens under your account. Give us accurate information about yourself — the plans are only as good as the numbers you provide, and inaccurate details can produce inappropriate calorie targets. One account per person.
Trial, subscription, and cancellation
- New accounts get a 14-day free trial with every feature included. No card is required to start.
- After the trial, continued access costs $4.99 per month or $53.89 per year (about 10% less). Prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax that applies where you live.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
- Cancel any time from the Billing page, which opens Stripe’s customer portal. You keep access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
- We generally don’t give refunds for partial periods, since you can cancel before the next one starts. If something went genuinely wrong, email us — we’re reasonable.
- If a payment fails, we may suspend access until it’s resolved. Your data stays put; nothing is deleted because of a failed payment.
- We may change prices, but not for a period you’ve already paid for, and we’ll tell you before a change affects you.
Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Some accounts have complimentary lifetime access; those are granted at our discretion and can be withdrawn if these terms are abused.
Using the service properly
Please don’t:
- Resell, redistribute, or present generated plans as your own product
- Scrape the service, hammer our APIs, or try to work around usage limits
- Attempt to break, probe, or gain unauthorized access to any part of the system or to other people’s data
- Use the app to give other people medical, nutritional, or fitness advice
- Share your account with others to avoid paying for it
We may suspend or close accounts that do these things, and we’ll tell you why unless doing so would be unsafe or unlawful.
Your content and generated plans
What you enter stays yours. You grant us only the permission needed to run the service: to store your information and send the anonymous nutritional summary described in our Privacy Policy to our AI provider so it can build your plans.
The plans, recipes, and workouts generated for you are yours to use, cook, print, and share personally. AI-generated content isn’t exclusive — another user with similar inputs may receive something similar, and we make no claim that any recipe or program is original or unique.
If you publish a recipe link, you’re choosing to make that recipe publicly accessible to anyone holding the link. You can revoke it at any time.
Availability
We aim to keep Let's Get Hot running, but we don’t promise uninterrupted service. Features can change, and AI generation depends on a third-party provider that can be slow or temporarily unavailable. We may modify or discontinue features; if we shut down the service entirely, we’ll give you reasonable notice and a chance to export your data.
Disclaimers and liability
Let's Get Hot is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don’t warrant that the service will be error-free or that its estimates and plans will produce any particular result.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or twenty-five US dollars. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence — and some jurisdictions don’t allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Ending the agreement
You can stop at any time: cancel your subscription, or delete your account outright from Profile → Your data, which removes your data immediately and permanently. We may terminate or suspend your access if you materially breach these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is material, we’ll update the date above and notify you in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use Let's Get Hotafter that means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. If you live somewhere with mandatory consumer protections, those still apply to you.
