- onion, sliced1 cup
- garlic, minced4 clove
- olive oil3 tbsp
- low-sodium seasoning (ginger/soy substitute)2 tsp

Instructions
- 1Heat oil and brown ground pork with minced garlic and sliced onion until cooked.
- 2Add mushrooms and seasoning and continue cooking until mushrooms are tender.
