- salmon fillet20 oz
- spinach4 cup
- butter4 tbsp
- garlic4 clove
- lemon juice2 tbsp
- salt & pepper1 tsp
Instructions
- 1Season salmon and sear skin-side down in a hot pan until crisp, flip and cook until just done, then remove and rest.
- 2In the same pan, melt butter and sauté minced garlic briefly, add spinach and cook until wilted, finish with lemon juice.
- 3Serve salmon over the wilted greens and spoon garlic butter over the fish.
