- canned chipotle peppers in adobo1 tbsp
- corn4
- chicken broth2 cup
- shredded monterey jack cheese3 oz
- yellow onion, sliced1/8 lb
- garlic (minced)1 clove
- cooking oil4 tsp
Instructions
- 1Heat the oil in a large skillet and cook the chicken and onion until the chicken is browned and nearly cooked through.
