- egg1
- parmesan cheese (grated)1 tbsp
- garlic (minced)2 clove
- canned crushed tomatoes1 can
- zucchini (spiralized)4
- olive oil2 tbsp
- salt1 tsp
- black pepper1/4 tsp
- dried oregano1/2 tsp
Instructions
- 1Preheat oven and mix ground turkey with egg, parmesan, minced garlic, salt and pepper; form into evenly sized meatballs.
- 2Bake meatballs until cooked through and lightly browned.
- 3Warm crushed tomatoes in a saucepan with oregano and a pinch of salt, add baked meatballs and simmer briefly to marry flavors.
- 4Spiralize or slice zucchini into noodles and sauté briefly in oil until just tender.
- 5Serve meatballs and sauce over the zucchini noodles.
